    What is the cancellation or change of date policy for TWP’s meeting rooms for hire in Sydney?

    We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your meeting room booking up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. For cancellations or changes made within 6 hours of your booking, additional charges may apply. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for detailed information.

    What are the available business hours for meeting room rentals?

    Our meeting rooms are available for rent during our standard business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6pm. For bookings outside of these hours, please contact our team to discuss your requirements and availability.

    What kind of equipment and stationery should I expect?

    Our meeting rooms in Sydney are equipped with everything you need for a productive and successful meeting. You'll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, presentation screens and projectors, whiteboards and markers, and video conferencing equipment. We also provide notepads and pens for your convenience.
